- Forms a protective layer after drying that offers moisture protection comparable to a high‑quality acrylic paint, while maintaining the microporous and vapour‑open characteristics of a mineral paint. This results in an ideal protective layer that allows the treated material to retain its natural moisture‑exchange behaviour. Even trapped moisture caused by design or construction errors can dry out without causing damage.
- Due to the surfactant behaviour of the coating, water and dirt do not penetrate the film, resulting in a clean and easy-to-maintain surface.
- The coating also forma a non-combustible and non-flame-spreading layer.
