House on a quiet road - Maldegem
This house on a quiet road in Maldegem received a makeover.
The owners asked for a whitewash finish but didn’t want rain or salts to affect the look afterwards. The walls were made of different types of brick.
Lime efflorescence had formed on the walls and some bricks had black varnish on them. The window sills didn’t have skirting boards or skirting blocks. The older walls were also affected by rising damp. All work was perfectly executed by Nick Van de Keere.
The products used included Secaugel Inject A, Saltprim 2K, Cemsec, Kalei Liscio 2 and Tensiocoat.
